Warranties
The "PACO System" or "PACO Warrior" mark screen-printed or as a bas relief on the product guarantees that the product has passed the quality tests carried out in our assembly facilities.
PACO System will not be responsible for any damage or breakage resulting from misuse of our products, or failure to follow the recommendations for use and maintenance of the PACOs. For mor info, please visit the User´s Guide.
Breakage of the PACO due to heavy blows derived from a missuse of the PACO is exempt from warranty.
Marks, scuffs, or dents that may result from normal use are considered part of the life cycle of the PACO.
Breakage of belt parts due to the use of excessive force or improper use of the belt is exempt from warranty.
Guarantee Application
To apply the guarantee, it will be necessary to provide:
- Buyer's name and surname
- E-mail with which the purchase was made
- Telephone number
- Description of the problem and photographic documentation of the problem
- The date of receipt of the package
Each case will be treated on an individual basis.
